Ground Coffee Society
This independent coffee shop roasts its own beans and serves some of Fulham's best weekend brunch. The Australian-inspired menu and excellent flat whites make it a weekend institution for locals.
About Ground Coffee Society
## Coffee Excellence
Ground Coffee Society takes its coffee seriously, roasting beans in-house and training their baristas to competition standard. The result is consistently excellent espresso-based drinks that rival the best independent coffee shops in London. Their signature blend works perfectly in both black coffee and milk-based drinks.
## Brunch Done Right
Weekend brunch draws queues of locals for good reason. The smashed avocado comes on proper sourdough with perfectly poached eggs, while the full English uses high-quality sausages and bacon from local suppliers. The pancakes are fluffy American-style stacks that kids adore.
## Community Hub
This feels like a proper neighbourhood coffee shop where regulars catch up over the weekend papers. The communal tables encourage conversation, and the staff know most customers by name and order. It's the kind of place where you'll inevitably bump into neighbours.
## Weekend Logistics
Arrive before 10am on weekends to avoid the queue, or be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes during peak brunch hours. They don't take reservations, but the turnover is fairly quick. Weekday mornings are much quieter and perfect for laptop work with excellent WiFi.
